At Phoenix Developmental Services, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live as independently as possible while receiving the supports they need to thrive. Our Residential Services are designed to empower individuals to build confidence, strengthen daily living skills, and remain active participants in their homes and communities.
Our dedicated Direct Support Professionals provide individualized assistance based on each person's unique goals, preferences, and abilities. Support may include help with meal preparation, household tasks, medication reminders, personal care, transportation, appointment coordination, budgeting, and developing routines that promote long-term independence.
Beyond daily living, we encourage meaningful community involvement and social connection. Whether it's attending local events, participating in recreational activities, volunteering, or exploring new interests, we work alongside individuals to help them engage with their communities in ways that are fulfilling and personally meaningful.
We recognize that independence looks different for everyone. Rather than taking over tasks, our approach focuses on building skills, fostering confidence, and supporting informed choice. Every service plan is tailored to the individual, honoring their autonomy and empowering them to reach their own goals at their own pace.
